  • Ground will be broken on the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad State Park on Saturday, March 9, starting at 10am. The 17-acre state park in Dorchester County, Maryland -- where Harriet was born -- will feature a 15,000-square-foot visitor center, interpretive trails, spiritual reflection garden and memorial, and more.
